Returns / Exchanges

  • Goods sold are not returnable unless the wrong item was delivered.
  • Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Exchange Policy (No Monetary Refunds)

Beauty & More GH does not provide monetary or financial refunds.

If a mistake occurs with your order (such as receiving the wrong product), we will:
✔ Replace the item with the correct product, OR
✔ Exchange it for another product of equal value.

Non-Exchange Situations

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery
